Actual shipping will be calculated at the time your order is
packed for shipment and varies by weight and zip code.
Generally you can figure shipping (Bisque pieces) to be around
_______(Minimum $15.00 + 15% of your order total).
(This is only an estimate as weight, distance and carton size determine postage.)
Any overage will be refunded to you and shortages will be billed.
We will email you the final invoice at time of shipment so you can adjust the total order amount.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
We can also send you a Paypal invoice if you choose to pay using your PayPal account.
Your card will not be charged until we are ready to ship your items.
Minimum orders on our website are $25.
Domestic phone, E-Mail, or mail-in orders can be under $25 but will incur
an additional $5.00 service charge plus postage.
Export orders must be at least $150 (U.S.) net. .(Excluding Canada)

Please add 6.35% sales tax to your order amount unless you have a valid resale number.
Please send us a copy of your resale number if you wish to be exempted.
Sales Tax Exempt
Shipments within the state of Connecticut will be charged 6.35% sales tax, unless a Resale Certificate is on file with us.
Tax Exempt customers must have a copy of your resale Form on file with us.
You can send it to us electronically or via US mail.
Charges will be computed by weight, dimension and destination.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery (For Bisque items)
When your order arives, count each carton, and Inspect for damage.
If a carton is damaged, open the carton, we will need pictures of all the Box and item damage...
If there is damaged merchandise, make a note, indicating the extent of the damage. Also we will need pictures.
If you have Damaged items, you need to Contact Us with your order number and details about the products
that are damaged and Email all pictures
We cannot control service by the carrier, especially once it leaves this country.
We do not automatically backorder out of stock items.
Please notify us if you would like an item backordered.
Backordered items are treated as a new order and subject to additional shipping charges.
You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error
(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
If you need to return an item, you need to Contact Us with your order number and details
about the product you would like to return.
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
There is a 25% restocking fee for any returns, that are the result of customer error,
and shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Credit can only be offered on products that is returned in its original condition and packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper;
however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes
us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request
(5 to 10 business days).
When necessary, refunds are made in the same manner as payment had been made.
We do refund or credit, any taxes you were charged.
We do not refund or credit, handling and shipping charges.
No returns after 10 days-then only if authorized.
Customer Error: if authorized, will require a 25% restocking charge.
Refunds under $25 are issued as a credit memo. Credit memos are valid for one year.
Any refused order, that is reshipped, will be charged the freight for both delivery attempts.
A finance charge of 3% per month will be added to all overdue balances. Special orders are not returnable.
Each piece is carefully worked by hand therefore, individual and unique.
Glazed Items: Due to varying shelf temperatures inside of the kiln during firing and variations
in hand-application of glazes, even identical glaze choices can vary.
We feel this makes each piece special....
Sizes are Approx., some of our molds we have not poured and there is little information on the piece,
such as the finished size with all attachments....
We try to get as close as possible.
All orders shipped UPS, Ground TRACK unless otherwise specified with order.

At times we may charge your order as we begin, then again, for the balance.
Your statement will show 2 charges which will be the total of your order including the shipping.
Limitation of Liability: Streamers Country Ceramic, shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind
arising from the use of its website or with the delay or inability to use this website.
In states that limit such liability, the purchaser's remedy is limited to the amount paid in connection
with the product(s) purchased.
No Warranty is made, nor responsibility assumed for the safe handling or results obtained purchasing or using
any of the products offered for sale by us.
